The scheduled closing time is at 12pm PT on December 16th.

Note: All auctions have popcorn bidding enabled at the last five minutes of the auction that extends the time by two minutes if a new bid is placed. This gives others a chance to rebid if they are outbid in the last few minutes.

Items in this auction may ship from Austin, Texas or Los Angeles, California, depending on the inventory location.

Standard shipping (and processing) can take up to 10 business days, after payment is received.

No, shipping will be added to the invoice once the auction is won.

For international buyers, any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

All auctions will be shipped to the winners as quickly as possible, but we can not guarantee they will arrive before Christmas.

Terms & Conditions

Darkives Collectibles (“Darkives”) is a trading name and operating division of H.O.T. Records Limited (“HOT”). All auction transactions, payments, contractual obligations, and representations are made by H.O.T. Records Limited. References to “Darkives,” “we,” or “us” in these Terms refer to H.O.T. Records Limited.

This item comes from Steve Perry’s personal collection and may show signs of age or standard wear. Please review all images carefully before placing a bid.

Authenticity is guaranteed, but no formal Certificate of Authenticity (COA) will be provided unless otherwise stated.

All items are sold strictly “AS-IS,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or
cancellations are permitted for any reason other than Darkives’ failure to deliver the item. Buyers accept all responsibility for evaluating item condition and suitability before bidding.

Item descriptions, photographs, and condition statements are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect every detail. Colors, materials, aging, wear, or finishes may appear differently in photos. The buyer acknowledges that descriptions are subjective and not guaranteed to be comprehensive.

All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied (California Civil Code § 1791).

By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract and agree to complete the purchase if you win.

All bids are final and binding. Bid retraction is not permitted. Darkives reserves the right to reject any bid, remove any bidder, or cancel, extend, or modify an auction at any time and for any reason.

The total liability of H.O.T. Records Limited and Darkives Collectibles for any claim arising out of this auction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer. In no event shall Darkives or HOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To participate in this auction, bidders must provide valid credit card information to Darkives Collectibles at the time of registration. By bidding, you authorize Darkives Collectibles to automatically charge the credit card on file for the full amount due (including shipping and handling fees) if you are the winning bidder at auction close.

Payment will be processed immediately at the end of the auction. If the charge is declined or cannot be completed within 24 hours, Darkives may cancel the transaction, re-list the item, ban the bidder, and pursue collection of amounts owed, including reasonable legal fees.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method or to complete payment constitutes grounds for cancellation and banning from future auctions.

No buyer’s premium will be added unless expressly stated in the individual lot listing.

Orders will ship within 10 business days after payment is confirmed. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item has been delivered to the carrier. Darkives is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after transfer to the carrier.

100% of net proceeds from this auction will be donated to Gilead House, a nonprofit organization supporting families and individuals in need.

Buyers are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding the potential deductibility of any portion of their
purchase. No tax advice is provided by the seller, and eligibility varies by jurisdiction.

This auction is conducted in compliance with California Business & Professions Code § 17500 (Truth in Advertising) and California
Civil Code § 1739.7 (Regulation of Online Auctions).

All auctions are deemed to take place in the State of California. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

By participating in this auction, you agree to these terms and waive any claim against the seller related to item condition, authenticity, or value.

Participation in this auction does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the buyer and H.O.T. Records Limited or Darkives Collectibles.

All images, descriptions, text, branding, logos, and promotional materials on this auction platform are the intellectual property of H.O.T. Records Limited. They may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

For any autographed item, Darkives will provide the disclosures required by California Civil Code §1739.7. If no autograph is present, no certificate of authenticity will be issued. Buyers acknowledge that unless specifically stated, items are not autographed.

Buyers are solely responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, import duties, VAT, or customs fees associated with their purchase.
